Am Ende hatten wir ein umfassendes Verständnis dafür, was vor sich ging und welche Entscheidungen wir treffen mussten. Verständlicherweise haben die spanischen Behörden die Einhaltung der verschiedenen gesetzlichen Vorschriften verschärft, was den Kauf und Verkauf von Immobilien erschwert. " After an extended search that began in France, we eventually turned our attention to Javea in the hope of finding our ideal holiday home. We started looking locally in early 2012 with several agents, though without success.
